The Schumann Resonance are extremely low-frequency (ELF) electromagnetic waves that occur in the space between the ionosphere and Earth. The frequencies are created by electromagnetic waves that are created by lightning.
Generally, this frequency ranges from 7.83Hz to 33.8Hz and is essentially known as the Earth's heartbeat.
During this past month, the frequency has experienced large spikes and between June 18th and 20th a pattern emerged on the SR (Schumann Resonance) Graph. And the internet lost its shit! Can you blame everyone?
A lot of people have called bullshit on the patterns and are saying they're a result of glitches in the recording equipment at the Space Observatory in Tomsk, Russia. But I'm with those who believe these are Ascension Patterns.

You can see here the spike averages at 240Hz and even peaks above 320Hz, a massive rise in the frequency!
The patterns to the right are said to be found when playing the sound of the spiked frequency. They were found and posted by someone once they saw the spike. There have been theroies of upgrade codes for a 5D conciousness all the way to messages from aliens, although I choose to believe the light codes and upgrade codes version.
Regardless what you believe though, if the patterns are upgrade codes or not, it's undeniable that the Schumann Resonance affects us.
How This Affects Our Nervous System
Studies have found that we are affected and interconnected with the Earth and that includes the Schumann Resonance. A study found that our nervous system is affected by geomagnetic activity and so when we see people online talking about Ascension symptoms it's to remember some of the studies done.
A study on the Synchronization of Human Autonomic Nervous System Rhythms with Geomagnetic Activity in Human Subjects found that 10 subjects' heart rates became synchronized with the geomagnetic activity in solar, cosmic rays, and the ambient magnetic field over a month, even though they were in different geographical locations.
Science is just solidifying what we know, that the nervous system (and us) are so acutely tuned into these “invisible forces” that we adjust and synchronize to the frequency of the Earth and its geomagnetic activity like solar flares and changes in the SR without us even knowing these things are happening.
